The Bourne Ultimatum

If nothing else, The Bourne Ultimatum was the best in 2007 in an unusually large number of so-called “threequels.” I hope that there is no condemnation of weak praise. Born in Ultimatum, the third in the film trilogy based on the freely in the Robert Ludlum novel, in excess of its immediate predecessor, but not quite as good as the original. This film in the top slots (despite the spastic camera) - full of uncertainty and kinetic energy - but the movie is not so much the heart or emotional depth, as Bourn Identity. As in the case of the Burn in the rule, this film does not fall into the so-far from their “raw material” that the only things retained from Ludlum novel with the title, and some of the characters names. (Shades of how James Bond film producers approached many Ian Fleming books.) Ludlum version of Born On The ultimatum is completely different from the one penned Tony Gilroy and director Paul Greengrass.

The film moves so quickly there is almost no time to breathe. Although the plot at first seem confusing that all is actually fairly simple. Jason Bourne (Matt Damon), as part of his ongoing quest to reveal his true identity, is once again becoming a danger to the CIA. So the department of black PUK division, headed by Noah Woxen (David Strathairn), the goal of eliminating them. Also in the plot against him the agency’s director, Ezra Kramer (Scott Glenn), but the Burn has allies as well: agents Pamela Landy (Joan Allen) and Niki Parsons (Julie Staylz) to jeopardize their careers and lives to help them.

In Ultimatum Born world jumping with the best in his genre: Moscow, Paris, London, Madrid, Tangier, New York. Burn always on the move, sometimes acting as a hunter, and sometimes in a quarry (and often simultaneously). It can be argued that it is a bit tedious, but the measure was consistently excellent - only if the same could be same can be said about how Greengrass chose to film it. Looking back over the Burn in identity, it’s easy to be impressed by the clarity with which Doug Liman directed effect sequences. Greengrass, on the other hand, prefers the rapid decline and unsteady camera. Even in times of static shots (such as a simple conversation with close business), it is as if the operator has Parkinson’s. All is not as bad as here in the 28 weeks later, but there are cases where a brief inability to understand what is happening reduces the effectiveness of action. Nevertheless, it is hard to deny that Greengrass approach creates intensity.

There are two standout sequences. Tension has been exacerbated this because not only are trying to outthink Born and outflank the bad guys, but it is also responsible for protecting someone else. At first, he and a reporter for The Guardian, Simon Ross (Paddy Considine), which proved to enemy fighters in London at Waterloo station. The second relates to the chase by road and through the roof in Tangiers as Burn attempted to intercept a key contact that has knowledge of its past, keeping themselves alive and Nike.

Matt Damon plays Bourne again perfectly - it is largely indifferent, kick-ass performance that draws the viewer in. Burn did not enjoy killing, but he did not shy away from it, either. There can be such a sense of kinship between him and the newest James Bond. Julia Staylz Joan Allen and get a chance to show their softer side uncompromising characters. In the past, both have played opponents Burn; here are his allies. David Strathairn, the excellent character actor who favored John Sayles, white-collar oozes menace. Albert Finney inclusion in the cast may confuse readers with imperfect memory, because it looks a lot like Brian Cox, who was in the other two films.

When it comes to action, The Bourne Ultimatum advantage of the summer other proposals. Although his tricks, no less ridiculous than those available free on-line or Die Hard (in fact, feature films as “flying” cars), that the proposal Born In The ultimatum was grittier and more visceral. And while fewer special effects here, The Bourne Ultimatum offers a lot more suspense and tension than the transformers can expect. What is the latest chapter in the film Born Jason life, one suspects that depends on cash earnings. Of course, the door remains open for the more adventurous.
