Boa vs Python
In the movie is called Boa against Python, there is precious little snake-on-snake action. The film is obviously a low budget, obviously, have to director David Flores stress Stock human characters in the two animals for cover, a decision that necessarily leave viewers disappointed (let’s face it, about the only thing required of a film, as much violence - that - Boa Python against it simply can not deliver).
The film features quite absurd plot, which kicked out when the eccentric tycoon named Broddick (Adam Kendrick) is the world’s largest python missions for the purposes of hunting. When consistently said python escapes, the lead FBI agent on the case (played by Kirk Woller BR) decides to fight fire with fire, and calls scientist (David Hewlett), who just happens to own the world’s largest boa constrictor. In addition, thrown into the mix Monica Bonds (Jaime Bergman), the inventor of the device, which - with implantation of animal - allows the user to see that the wearer sees.
For the film about a pair of Giant snakes, Boa against Python spends too much time on character development - which would be better if Jeffrey Beach and Philip Roth in the script actually moved from the level of pure cliche. Instead, we presented the characters that behave exactly as you would expect them - and, consequently, it is not all that difficult to determine exactly when each of them will die.
Gorehounds hoping to revel in the form of two snakes feast on their prey, will inevitably be disappointed, because most of the kills are offscreen (people who dragged away by a snake or we were treated to snake-POV shot, and the camera moves on the mouse victim screams). As for the snakes that they are not quite as false as they could have been - but it’s clear that technology has not yet advanced to the point where fewer special effects houses are able to manufacture convincing creatures.
If anything, Boa against Python provides a rare opportunity to see the Canadian scene said David Hewlett-stealer in the role of role (why’d it must be for real, though?)
