Be Cool, the extension in late 1995 Get Shorty, in moments when we think it’s going to work. She sometimes tantalizes with witty dialogue and sharp supporting performances. Alas, this is only teases - priming us for a movie that never happens. Be Cool lacks both focus and edge, making it an amorphous confusing. Not as ugly as some films I experienced in the recent past, but this is the condemnation of weak praise. A Hot Chili Night Fever with the problem with Be Cool is that he does not speak a lot of history - or at least, not one that is interesting or compelling. As a result of the success of his first movie, Get Lost, Chili Palmer (John Travolta) has become a Hollywood player. But he lost his interest in the movie, and now wants to move to the music. To this end, he champions the young singer, Linda Moon (Christina Milian), and uses his friendship with the recently widowed owner of the record company, Edie Athens (Uma Thurman) to get Linda studio time. Complications arise, however, when the music mogul Sin LaSalle (Cedric in the Entertainer) requires payment in full of $ 300000 owed him Edi companies - money it does not have. In addition, Chile believes his life is in danger from two different directions. Russian mob wants him dead because he can identify one of the affected men. Be Cool is a reunion movie Pulp Fiction. The cast features John Travolta (reprising the role he played in Get Shorty), Uma Thurman (in his new business partner and love interest), and Harvey Keitel (as a lowlife). There’s even a dance scene with Travolta and Thurman. Unfortunately, that there is similarity between this movie and Tarantino in kino’90 s character. It is clear that director F. Gary Gray wants to be cool to occupy Pulp Fiction orbit, but it lacks the necessary energy. And, although some of the dialogue clever, it does not crackle the way Tarantino in the casino. And Samuel L. Jackson-like monologue, addressed to Cedric Entertainer lacks sizzle.

Travolta oozes attitude, but this image is a double-edged weapon. Chile is almost too cool to be real. In Get Shorty, he gained our sympathy. There is nothing under the frosty surface. This is not, this icon. And there never any sense of danger. Chile is so cool, we are certain he find a way out stickiest situation. And, frankly, none of the film fact that all sticky.

Rock ‘n’ roll The best thing about this trio Be Cool support for the artists. The singer / actress Christina Milian impressive as her vocal and acting as Linda Moon. There is sweetness and likeability evident in her performance. Cedric Entertainer skillfully combines with the threat of comedy in particular, provides that the redemption of its recent appearance in “Man of the House.
